Ways We Help

Assistance with Daily Life
We support our NDIS and Home Care Package recipients to feel comfortable and content at home by delivering professional cleaning services, including bathroom, shower and floor cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, bed making, dishwashing, basic gardening, and more

Transport
We provide safe and friendly transport services for both NDIS participants and older Australians, supporting them to attend medical appointments, social activities, shopping trips, family visits, and more.

Support for Social, Work, and Community involvement
We support individuals to build skills, confidence, and independence to actively engage in their community. This includes help with accessing social activities, education, volunteering, and employment opportunities, including attending community events or social groups, support with enrolling in TAFE or short courses, assistance with job-seeking or attending interviews, volunteering at local organisations, going to the library, gym, or local clubs, and more.

What We Offer
Daily Living Support
We help individuals, especially those with disabilities, elderly people, or those recovering from illness, to manage everyday activities they may find difficult to do on their own. The goal is to promote independence, improve quality of life, and support safe, comfortable living at home or in the community.
We support you with:

Transport and Appointments
Transport and appointment services assist individuals with difficulty travelling independently, helping them attend important appointments such as medical visits, therapy sessions, or community activities. These services aim to ensure clients can maintain their health, independence, and social connections safely and reliably.

Medical Appointment Transport: Transporting to and from doctor’s appointments, hospital visits, or specialist consultations.

Cleaning and Home Support
Cleaning and home help services support individuals who need assistance maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. These services promote health, well-being, and independence by helping with household tasks that may be physically challenging.

General House Cleaning: Tasks include vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
